How did it all start? From a dream of a “third place”
Pestka was not created from a cold business plan. It was created from longing. We dreamed of a place in Częstochowa that would not be just another gastronomic establishment, but your “third place” – right after home and work.
We wanted to create a space where time flows slower. Where you can drop by with your favorite book, sit at a table full of food and art with a group of friends.
We cared about an atmosphere so free that you would feel at home with us – only with better coffee and without having to wash dishes. Did we succeed? Drop by and judge for yourself.
Our philosophy: Food so delicious you’ll forget it’s “veggie”
For over 10 years we have been cooking 100% plant-based. We believe it is the best choice for health and our planet. But we know that no one returns to a restaurant only out of a sense of ecological duty. You return for the taste.
That’s why at Pestka our rule is simple – food must be:
It doesn’t matter if you’ve been vegan for a decade or just want to limit animal products in your diet. Our place is open to anyone curious about new flavors and wants to eat something good. Vegan cuisine doesn’t have to mean sacrifices.
